We are a real estate investment company. We specialize in buying distressed, ugly and foreclosed homes then making them beautiful again. We currently are fixing these homes up to sell outright but in the near future we may rent some out. Currently we are just buying in the Arlington and Grand Prairie, Texas area but may expand in the future.

Finders Fee!!!!

We will pay a finders fee of $500 to ANYONE (realtors welcome) that can find us a house that we will buy. The only criteria is it has to be in Arlington or Grand Prairie and the asking price is about half of the county appraised value. Single family homes only, no mobile homes, condos, duplexes, etc. We will pay this finders fee after closing and we can close fast!
